At ValueVerse, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that purchasing software licenses is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available, the process for requesting a refund, and important conditions that apply.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date for most products. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Important

The 7-day period begins at the time of purchase confirmation, not when the license is activated or delivered.

3. Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be granted for the following valid reasons:

  • • License key does not activate or validate
  • • Product is incompatible with your system despite meeting stated requirements
  • • Product contains critical bugs that prevent normal use
  • • Vendor-side activation server issues (verified by vendor)

✅ Order Errors

  • • Wrong product ordered by mistake
  • • Duplicate purchase (multiple charges for same product)
  • • Incorrect billing amount charged
  • • Product delivered does not match description

✅ Delivery Failures

  • • License key not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment
  • • Invalid or expired license key provided
  • • License key already in use by another user (not activated by you)

✅ Vendor Issues

  • • Product discontinued by vendor before delivery
  • • Vendor no longer provides support for the product
  • • Product features significantly different from vendor description

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

❌ After 7-Day Window

Requests received more than 7 days after purchase will be automatically declined unless extraordinary circumstances apply.

❌ Change of Mind

  • • "I don't need this anymore"
  • • "I found a better deal elsewhere"
  • • "I changed my mind about the purchase"
  • • "I don't like the product interface"

❌ User Error

  • • Purchased wrong product but already activated the license
  • • Lost or deleted license key after delivery
  • • System does not meet minimum requirements (clearly stated on product page)
  • • Failure to read product description or requirements

❌ Already Used/Activated

  • • License has been activated or redeemed
  • • Product has been downloaded and installed
  • • Account has been created with the vendor using the license
  • • Software has been used beyond trial evaluation

❌ Policy Violations

  • • Account suspended or banned for Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • • Chargeback initiated through payment provider
  • • Fraudulent activity detected
  • • Multiple refund abuse attempts

❌ Subscription Renewals

Automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and contact you with a decision.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing

Processing Timeline

  • Review: 2-3 business days for refund request evaluation
  • Approval: Email notification sent within 24 hours of decision
  • Processing: 5-10 business days for funds to return to your account
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (1-3 business days)
  • UPI: Refunded to linked bank account (3-5 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to source account (5-10 business days)
  • Credit/Debit Card: Credited to card (5-10 business days)

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered:

  • Multi-license orders: If only some licenses are defective, refund only the problematic licenses
  • Bundle purchases: If one product in a bundle fails, refund that product's value
  • Partial usage: Prorated refund for annual licenses used for only part of the year (at our discretion)
  • Goodwill gestures: Discretionary partial refunds for customer satisfaction

8. License Deactivation

⚠️ Important Notice

Upon refund approval, you must:

  • • Immediately cease using the licensed product
  • • Deactivate the license from your account
  • • Uninstall the software from all devices
  • • Delete any downloaded installation files
  • • Return or destroy any physical media (if applicable)

Continued use of the product after receiving a refund constitutes software piracy and may result in legal action.

9. Special Circumstances

💼 Business/Enterprise Licenses

Enterprise licenses with custom pricing may have different refund terms outlined in your purchase agreement. Contact your account manager for details.

🎓 Educational Licenses

Educational and student licenses are subject to the same 7-day refund policy, but require verification that the license has not been activated.

🔄 Subscription Services

Monthly/yearly subscriptions follow these rules:

  • • First payment: Eligible for refund within 7 days
  • • Renewals: Non-refundable (must cancel before renewal)
  • • Prorated refunds: Not available for partial months
  • • Cancellation: Takes effect at end of current billing period

10. Chargebacks

🚫 Please Do Not File Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

  • • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • • All active licenses will be revoked
  • • You will be banned from making future purchases
  • • We may pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • • The chargeback fee ($25-50) will be added to any balance owed

Instead, please contact refunds@valueverse.com to resolve any payment disputes.

11. Refund Abuse Policy

ValueVerse reserves the right to deny refund requests from customers who exhibit patterns of abuse:

  • Requesting refunds on more than 30% of purchases
  • Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product
  • Activating licenses before requesting refunds
  • Providing false information in refund requests
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse refund policy

Accounts flagged for refund abuse may be suspended or permanently banned.

12. Exceptions and Final Decision

While we strive to be fair and consistent, ValueVerse reserves the right to:

  • Make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis
  • Deny refunds that do not meet our eligibility criteria
  • Request additional documentation to verify refund requests
  • Modify this policy at any time with notice

All refund decisions made by ValueVerse are final.
